A creature\u2019s hit point maximum must\u00a0be equal to or less than the remaining total for\u00a0that creature to be affected.\r\n\r\n[b]Center of Attention (2 psi; conc., 1 min.).[\/b] As\u00a0an action, you exert an aura of power that grabs\u00a0a creature's attention. Choose one creature you\u00a0can see within 60 feet of you. It must make a\u00a0Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is so thoroughly distracted by you that\u00a0all other creatures are invisible to it until your\u00a0concentration ends. This effect ends if the\u00a0creature can no longer see or hear you or if it\u00a0takes damage.\r\n\r\n[b]Invoke Awe (7 psi; conc., 10 min.).[\/b] As an\u00a0action, you exert an aura that inspires awe in\u00a0others. Choose up to 5 creatures you can see\u00a0within 60 feet of you. Each target must succeed\u00a0on an Intelligence saving throw or be charmed\u00a0by you until your concentration ends. While\u00a0charmed, the target obeys all your verbal\u00a0commands to the best of its ability and without\u00a0doing anything obviously self-destructive. The\u00a0charmed target will attack only creatures that it\u00a0has seen attack you since it was charmed or that\u00a0it was already hostile toward.
