They can use a bonus action to pull themselves 40ft towards the target. If the target is a creature it can make a DC16 Dex save to avoid being hit this save can be repeated at the end of their nex turn. \r\n\r\n[b]Electrical Glove[\/b] melee attack range 5ft +8 to hit [roll:3d6] lightning damage. This attack is nonlethal and a target brought to 0 hp by it is stable but must make a DC17 Con save being paralyzed for 1 minute on a successfull save and unconcious 1 hour on a failed one.\r\n\r\n[b]Augmented Rifle[\/b] ranged attack 400\/600ft loading +4 to hit [roll:2d12+4] piercing damage.
