He has been wandering as a beggar and charlatan for a while now, sleeping around with richer women, and always asks Crucius and Cassio for money. \r\nCassio was closest to his human mother Stella, who died when Cassio was 9. She was a serene woman who met Cassio's father as she was captive on a pirate ship. She is the one who carried on the tradition of completing the atlas, from her side of the family. \r\nCassio's father Orion was the captain of The Polaris for many years, where it served as a merchant vessel. Now, Orion has retired and his second mate Elizabeth Hampton runs the ship, and was holding it until Cassio was old enough to inherit it. Now, Orion is old and grizzled and lives alone in his seaside cabin. Orion's family is mysterious, and Cassio has never met them. \r\nCassio never met his paternal grandfather, but heard him referred to as a \"Wondersmith\" (Cassio is unaware, but this is where his genie heritage begins).","flaw":"Cassio is extremely attached to his atlas. If he were ever unable to retrieve it (even though it is magically bound to him), he wouldn't know what to do with himself.\r\nHe is also very headfirst, and will always choose the more direct path over any detours. \r\nHe thinks he's smarter than he actually is.","features_and_traits":"Acid Resistance: You have resistance to acid damage.\r\nAmphibious: You can breathe air and water. \r\nSwim: You have a swimming speed of 30 feet.\r\nCall to the Wave: You know the shape water cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the create or \r\n   destroy water spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait, and you regain the ability to cast it this way \r\n   when you finish a long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells.\r\n\r\nShip's Passage: When you need to, you can secure free passage on a sailing ship for yourself and your \r\n   adventuring companions. You might sail on the ship you served on, or another ship you have good \r\n   relations with (perhaps one captained by a former crewmate). Because you're calling in a favor, you \r\n   can't be certain of a schedule or route that will meet your every need. Your Dungeon Master will \r\n   determine how long it takes to get where you need to go. In return for your free passage, you and your \r\n   companions are expected to assist the crew during the voyage.\r\nLucky: You have inexplicable luck that seems to kick in at just the right moment.\r\n   You have 3 luck points. Whenever you make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can \r\n   spend one luck point to roll an additional d20. You can choose to spend one of your luck points after \r\n   you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. You choose which of the d20s is used for the \r\n   attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.\r\n   You can also spend one luck point when an attack roll is made against you. Roll a d20, and then choose \r\n   whether the attack uses the attacker's roll or yours. If more than one creature spends a luck point to \r\n   influence the outcome of a roll, the points cancel each other out; no additional dice are rolled.\r\n   You regain your expended luck points when you finish a long rest.\r\n\r\nDruidic: \r\n   You know Druidic, the secret language of druids. You can speak the language and use it to leave hidden \r\n   messages. You and others who know this language automatically spot such a message. Others spot the \r\n   message's presence with a successful DC 15 Wisdom (Perception) check but can't decipher it without \r\n   magic.\r\nWild Shape: \r\n   Starting at 2nd level, you can use your action to magically assume the shape of a beast that you have \r\n   seen before. You can use this feature twice. You regain expended uses when you finish a short or long \r\n   rest. Max CR 1\/4.\r\nStar Map:\r\n   While holding this map, you have these benefits:\r\n   You know the guidance cantrip.\r\n   You have the guiding bolt spell prepared. It counts as a druid spell for you, and it doesn't count against \r\n   the number of spells you can have prepared.\r\n   You can cast guiding bolt without expending a spell slot. You can do so a number of times equal to your \r\n   proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.\r\n   If you lose the map, you can perform a 1-hour ceremony to magically create a replacement. This \r\n   ceremony can be performed during a short or long rest, and it destroys the previous map.\r\nStarry Form:\r\n   As a bonus action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature to take on a starry form, rather \r\n   than transforming into a beast.\r\n   While in your starry form, you retain your game statistics, but your body becomes luminous; your joints \r\n   glimmer like stars, and glowing lines connect them as on a star chart. This form sheds bright light in a \r\n   10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. The form lasts for 10 minutes. It ends early if you \r\n   dismiss it (no action required), are incapacitated, die, or use this feature again.\r\n   Whenever you assume your starry form, choose which of the following constellations glimmers on your \r\n   body; your choice gives you certain benefits while in the form:\r\n     Archer. A constellation of an archer appears on you. When you activate this form, and as a bonus \r\n     action on your subsequent turns while it lasts, you can make a ranged spell attack, hurling a luminous \r\n     arrow that targets one creature within 60 feet of you. On a hit, the attack deals radiant damage equal \r\n     to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier.\r\n     Chalice. A constellation of a life-giving goblet appears on you. Whenever you cast a spell using a spell \r\n     slot that restores hit points to a creature, you or another creature within 30 feet of you can regain hit \r\n     points equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier.\r\n     Dragon. A constellation of a wise dragon appears on you. When you make an Intelligence or a Wisdom \r\n     check or a Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration on a spell, you can treat a roll of 9 or \r\n     lower on the d20 as a 10.\r\nCosmic Omen\r\n   Whenever you finish a long rest, you can consult your Star Map for omens. When you do so, roll a die.\r\n   Until you finish your next long rest, you gain access to a special reaction based on whether you rolled\r\n   an even or an odd number on the die:\r\n     Weal (even). Whenever a creature you can see within 30 feet of you is about to make an attack roll, a \r\n        saving throw, or an ability check, you can use your reaction to roll a d6 and add the number rolled to \r\n        the total.\r\n     Woe (odd). Whenever a creature you can see within 30 feet of you is about to make an attack roll, a \r\n        saving throw, or an ability check, you can use your reaction to roll a d6 and subtract the number \r\n        rolled from the total.\r\n   You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all \r\n   expended uses when you finish a long rest.","total_spell_slots_1":"4","total_spell_slots_2":"3","total_spell_slots_3":"3","total_spell_slots_4":"2","total_spell_slots_5":"","total_spell_slots_6":"","total_spell_slots_7":"","total_spell_slots_8":"","total_spell_slots_9":"","arms_and_equipment":"","class_features":"","creatures_and_mounts":"","possessions_and_property":"","racestatblock":"","retinue":"","spellbook_0_level_spells":"1016046, 1015633, 1016057, 1015618, 1015654","spellbook_1_level_spells":"1019555, 1046759, 1019618, 972146","spellbook_2_level_spells":"1029060, 1029111, 943950","spellbook_3_level_spells":"1030890, 1030987, 1039535","spellbook_4_level_spells":"947054, 947124","spellbook_5_level_spells":"","spellbook_6_level_spells":"","spellbook_7_level_spells":"","spellbook_8_level_spells":"","spellbook_9_level_spells":"","hit_points_current":"56","temporary_hit_points":"","hit_dice_used":"8","xp":"","inspiration":"","temporary_hit_points_current":"","conditions":"","class_resource_remaining":"3","available_1st_level_spellslots":"4","available_2nd_level_spellslots":"3","available_3rd_level_spellslots":"2","available_4th_level_spellslots":"2","available_5th_level_spellslots":"","available_6th_level_spellslots":"","available_7th_level_spellslots":"","available_8th_level_spellslots":"","available_9th_level_spellslots":"","tags":"","isShared":"on","templateId":"404","blockId":"324974","world":""}
