| Description | You form a sacrificial link between yourself and an ally that is about to succumb to a fatal attack. Whether they are hit by a strike or fail a saving throw against a spell, you redirect the damaging forces to yourself, preventing your ally from falling unconcious. This spell will only redirect as much damage as it takes to keep your ally at 1 hit point. For instance, if your ally has 25 health and takes 30 points of damage, they'll take 24 damage and you'll take 6. Any damage you receive this way can not be reduced or ignored with any of your defensive abilities. |
